Structure

As part of its response to the 2004 Review, the Catholic Schools Office has developed a new organisational structure  to address student and school needs, which supports and maintains the system, thereby allowing schools to focus on quality teaching, learning and achievement.

Operating an effective and efficient school system requires a robust framework to address educational and regulatory demands. The Catholic Schools Office has designed such a framework, which coordinates the delivery of services to schools, consisting of the Director's Office and five service groups:

  • Religious Education and Spirituality Services
  • Teaching and Learning Services
  • Information Communication Learning Technology Services
  • Employee Services
  • Financial Services

Each group is responsible for carrying out particular functions relevant to their respective roles as part of the school system.

The Director, the two Assistant Director's and the Head of Services from each of these groups comprise the  leadership group which is responsible for addressing system policy and protocol issues, and decision-making as it relates to each area.
